young man came into our Manhattan Cosmetic Dentistry Office after being referred to us
by a dental student who is currently working here. The young
man is in his 20's and had experienced trauma to his teeth
at a young age. The teeth had root canal procedures and through the
years had become discolored. New York Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Iott cemented three posts
into his mouth and created three new crowns using the CEREC 3.
The man's crowns were stained and glazed and then heated to
give them added strength and esthetic beauty. The process
was done from start to finish on a Saturday morning and required
only one visit. Using the CEREC 3, Dr. Iott was able to custom-stain this young man's teeth to match the adjacent teeth exactly,
and together they were able to decide on the perfect size
and shape of his crowns.
