Serving New York City & Manhattan, New York

To make an appointment to see one of our Manhattan Dentists, either call us at (866) 801-4559 or fill out our online cosmetic dentistry appointment form. When you contact our Cosmetic Dentist to make your first appointment, we will ask you some baseline information. Based on this information, we will match you with one of our doctors for your initial comprehensive oral examination. Your first appointment will be approximately 90 minutes in length and will include a comprehensive oral exam and a hygiene cleaning by one of our doctors.

What you will need to bring with you to your First Comprehensive Cosmetic Dentist Visit:
A new patient letter will be mailed to you containing additional dentistry information about your appointment and our office. Included in this letter are recommendations to bring the following with you to your appointment:

  • Old x-rays or models that you may have
  • If you are interested in any cosmetic dentistry work, any old photographs of yourself that you can provide, or any smiles that appeal to you, such as tear-outs from magazines or any other photos that can show us what you are looking for
  • A list of questions. This will help us understand the type of treatment you are interested in, and it will make you more informed about your own oral health.
  • A list of medications you are currently taking
  • Your physician's phone numbers
