Your first appointment fees include all or some of the following services (See the information about Your Comprehensive First Visit for details):

• Full or Partial digital imaging
  (depending on date, integrity, and availability of prior images)
• Prophylaxis (Cleaning) and Scaling
• Examination by hygienist and your dentist
• Consultation with specialists (if necessary), models, video presentations
• Your treatment plan and printout of images are available in computerized format to facilitate ease of your gathering other opinions along with an approximate fee schedule.
• Our administrative dentist will go over all costs and services with you prior to scheduling, and will be available to answer questions throughout your treatment. Her sole responsibility is facilitating your treatment.

We offer a Dental Fee Plan, where a line of credit can be arranged, that can be used for professional services at our office.

Patients can make pre-arranged monthly payments and get all needed treatment while paying over time.

We do not accept insurance as payment. If you bring in all appropriate insurance information, social security, contract number, group number, etc., we will electronically file a claim form and provide digital photographs, x-rays, a letter of explanation, and study models so you can promptly maximize your insurance refund.

Remember, the only true insurance is life insurance. If your company did not examine your oral health before giving you a dental insurance plan, you will experience a payout based ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PLAN AND NOT BASED ON YOUR ORAL HEALTH NEEDS OR DESIRES. Most insurance companies have not changed their payment amount or list of included procedures in 35 years, therefore, we do not treat it as a guide in making important oral and dental health decisions.
