Our newest staff member, Dr. Sharde Harvey, is a general dentist with training in full mouth cosmetic rehabilitation. She also has a background in biological research. She is a graduate of New York University College of Dentisty, and spent her last year at NYU in the Honors Esthetics program doing full mouth veneer cases, similar to those seen on television programs such as Extreme Makeover. After dental school, she attended a rigorous One Year Residency Program at Long Island College Hospital.

In May 2008, Dr. Harvey will be finishing a two-year post-graduate program in Implant Surgery and Prosthetics. She is also certified in Invisalign, both Levels 1 and 2. She has most recently been seen on Eyewitness News in a special program on technology and cavity detection using lasers.

Dr. Harvey was born in South America, and moved to the USA when she was a young girl. She practices Bikram Yoga, and enjoys oil painting and spending time with her 8-year old son Liam.
